Let's start a House contest.
The best decorated house will get a price so will the second and third house.
First we need a GM to accept this event and hopefully give a price to the winners.
I've been thinking of the prices and though about this.

First Place : One addon (not two only one ) and 1 million gold coins.
Second Place : 1 Million Gold Coins.
Third Place : 500 K / 50 Crystal Coin's.

I think this is a very nice idea... it would give people a good reason to make their house look good. But, that would make nice looking/rare items prices go up really really high.
